Process Difference : We have the veneer joints machine .This machine will make the veneers straight on the side and use glue joint three piece of veneer together , and this may help the core with very small core laps and core laps and strong enough. . We will color the platform before put face and back, this makes the face and back no black shadows after hot press and looks very nice .This is a good way to avoid the platforms defects show on the face and back.
