Like the picture show, it is white birch plywood that used for furnitrue decoration kitchen cabinet. It's BB/CC grade,E1 Glue 18mm,13ply 1220mm*2440mm. There is no knot on the surface. The plywood become smooth and smooth by sanding and heat pressing .Moisture below 14%and 13ply plywood to guarantee there is no glue and warping. We can also guarantee the products will be the same as the sample.
The professional procession core board was worked with the machine. It will be smooth and complete .That make the plywood joint connection and help the core with very small core laps and core laps and strong enough. We will color the platform before put face and back, this make the face and back no black shadows after hot press and looks very nice. This is a good way to avoid the platforms defects show on the face and back. Then making the top face and bottom, drying, sanding, cutting, checking ,packing and delivery.
As the packing, we tied the plywood with the plastic tapes on the long side, 3 on the short side. Inner with plastic bags, outside with carton or plywood be covered by plywood pallets. We also can adopt the carton be the packing material, abide your requirements. You can choose the packing way you like .
