Process Difference: We have the veneer joints machine.This machine will make the veneers straight on the side and use glue joint three piece of veneer together, and this may help the core with very small core laps and core laps and strong enough. We will color the platform before put face and back, this makes the face and back no black shadows after hot press and looks very nice. This is a good way to avoid the platforms defects show on the face and back.
